We are delighted to announce that Paul Johnson Garden Design along with The Living Green Company has been awarded the North East Garden Design Company Prestige Award 2026/27.
This is a very proud moment for us and a wonderful recognition of the care, creativity and attention to detail that goes into every garden we design.
At Paul Johnson Garden Design, we create bespoke outdoor spaces that are beautiful, practical and connected to their setting. Our work includes full garden designs, planting schemes, landscape masterplans and carefully considered garden transformations.
Every project begins with understanding the client, the site and the way the garden needs to be used. From layout and materials to planting, wildlife value and long-term maintenance, our aim is to create gardens that feel personal, natural and enjoyable throughout the seasons.
Our approach has also been influenced by our wider work through The Living Green Company, where we explore the connection between gardens, nature and wellbeing. We believe outdoor spaces should not only look beautiful, but also support daily life, rest, connection and a closer relationship with the natural world.
