02 SURVEY

Full survey of your garden, on particularly large or complex sites we may need to commission a specialist surveyor.

The spatial design will answer all of your requirements and is the first stage showing hard landscaping and planting areas.

Modifications are discussed and the final design drawn up in detail. Colour 2D plans and 3D visuals illustrate how the finished garden will look.

Materials and planting shown including any restrictions due to position such as sun/shade or soil conditions.

Provide technical drawings to enable the project to be quantified.

Sourcing local contractors on your behalf and plant suppliers.

Provide an estimate for the project to be built & planted.

Option for us to oversee the contractor building your garden.

Option for us to provide all trees, shrubs & perennials including labour to install in your garden.

All fees and deposits are agreed in advance to commencing the project.
